**My History:**
My culinary journey began before I discovered my other passions. My parents enrolled me in a summer culinary program, where I mastered the basics and let my creativity flourish. Cooking became my way of expressing love, delighting family and friends with my creations. The joy I felt in sharing these moments was matched only by the happiness I was able to bring to those around me.
After high school, I shifted my focus from athletics to my culinary ambitions. I earned my Red Seal certification from Camosun College and have spent the last three years honing my skills at the Inn at Laurel Point, where I continue to grow as a chef.

Though very dedicated to my craft, I have come to realize that an intense focus on a single goal can sometimes be a double-edged sword. By balancing my culinary passions with nurturing relationships, I understand the importance of self-reflection, relaxation, and taking time to decompress as essential components of long-term success.
My Vision:
In 2021, I reached a turning point after experiencing significant weight gain. This sparked a transformative journey as I delved into nutrition research and discovered a new passion that complements my culinary skills: fitness. With unwavering dedication, I have merged my creativity and love for food with my newfound understanding of nutrition, crafting innovative meals designed to help others achieve their goals. Now, I am training for my first bodybuilding competition, set to take place this year, marking another exciting chapter in my evolving culinary adventure.
